- Take 4 over ripe bananas
- Use 75 g butter (room temp)
- Use 100 g caster sugar
- Use 1 large egg
- Use 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Take 185 g plain flour
- Use 85 g dark chocolate chips
- Prepare 75 g walnut pieces

- Preheat your oven to 180C fan. Grease and line a loaf pan with baking parchment.
