  5. Provide 3-4 tbsp almonds chopped
  6. Prepare 3-4 tbsp ghee

  1. In a wok roast the dalia in two tbsp ghee over low heat,till it turns brown,set aside.
  2. In a heavy bottom wok,over medium heat the milk.
  3. Boil till thickness.add roasted Dalia and sugar mix well.
  4. Add milk powder and mix well.
  5. Keep cooking for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally, scraping the sides.
  6. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  7. Now add ghee,chopped almonds.
  8. Stir continuously till mixture has become like soft dough and start leaving the sides of the wok.
  9. Transfer mixture on a greased plate/trey.
  10. Sprinkle glucose balls on the mixture and lightly press them in.
  11. While mixture is still warm,cut them in your choice shape.
