The ingredients needed to make Banana and Walnut loaf:
- Get 100 g softened butter plus a little extra for greasing
- Prepare 140 g caster sugar
- Get 1 beaten egg
- Prepare 225 g plain flour
- Take 2 tsp baking powder
- You need 4 very ripe bananas
- Get 85 g chopped walnuts
- Take 50 ml milk

- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease a 2lb loaf tin with some butter and line the base with baking parchment, then grease this as well.
