- Prepare 4 tbsp homemade curd
- Prepare 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- You need 1 small cucumber chopped into small cubes
- You need to taste Rock salt

- Homemade curd: boil 2 cups milk. Let it cool till u can comfortably put your finger in it. Pour in the container u want to set.(Use clay pot preferably.) Add 2tbsp curd (from market). Stir gently. Let it sit overnight in a warm place on kitchen counter. It will be set by morning.
- Raita: Take curd in a bowl and whisk till no lumps are there. Add salt, sugar, raita masala, rock salt, roasted cumin and pepper powder. Mix well.
