  1. Prepare As needed water melon rinds
  2. Take 1/2 cup sugar
  3. You need 1 cup water
  4. Provide Food colour as per ur choice

  1. Take some water melon rinds and remove it's green portion. Wee only need white part from the rind. Choose it into small small piecees.
  2. Now heat water in a pan and add this chopped rinds to it let it cook atleast for 20 to 25 minutes or until it becomes transparent.
  3. Now remove it from water and keep aside to dry it completely.
