  3. Take 4 Tbsp Ghee
  4. Use 150 gms unsweetened Khoa

Steps to make Walnut Halwa with Rabdi:
  1. Coarsely chopped the walnut not too big and not too fine…make sure you get the right size for making the halwa
  2. Roast the walnut halwa for that take 3tbsp of ghee in a pan, roast the walnut for 7-10 mins to a beautiful rich brown colour then add 150gms of unsweetened khoa..mix it well add 500ml milk..cook this on medium flame till the milk is reduced for about 15-20mins
  3. Add 1 Cup of sugar.. mix it well and cook it till it become thick in the end add 1 tbsp of ghee and 1tsp cardamom powder.
  4. The walnut halwa is done..turn off the flame and it aside now we will prepare the rabdi
  5. Take 250ml of milk, for the saffron milk take some warm milk add a little saffron to it and leave it aside
  6. Cook the milk untill it reduces then add 50gms of unsweetened khoa, keep stirring it till the khoa is dissolved…milk is thickening further add sugar according to your taste, pour the saffron milk and add 1/4 tsp of cardemom powder..rabri is done cool the rabri and serve it… Hope you guys enjoy this delicious walnut halwa with rabri
