  1. Mix the gelatin with half cup water in a small pan
  2. Heat on low heat and stir it continuously until completely dissolve

  5. Chop five slices of pineapple. Add the pineapple syrup and pineapple to the condensed milk
  6. Pour the gelatin solution into the condensed milkmixture stirring continuously
  7. Freeze the mixture till thickened for near about 30minutes
  8. Remove from freeze and beat till smooth
  9. Add 200gms of cream and revserve remaining for pipping decoration on final product
  10. Add pineapple essence and yellow colour and beat well
  11. Put it back in freezer for more 20minutes
  12. Take it out and lightly beat it again till smooth
  13. Put it into small glasses and put some pipping cream and glace cherries on top and serve
