- Use 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper powder
- Use 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- You need 3-4 green chillies chopped fine
- Provide 4 Tbsp oil
- Get as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Akhrot Kabab / Walnut Kabab:
- Boil the akhrot and chop fine. Boil the potatoes and grate. Grate the raw banana, paneer.
- Grate the raw banana, paneer. Make individually powder in a blender of almonds, cashew nuts, akhrot / walnut
- In a wok add 1 Tbsp oil and add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, boiled & cut walnuts, cashew nut powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, khoya. Mix very well and set aside
- In another bowl mix grated raw banana, grated paneer, almond powder, salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper powder, boiled & grated potatoes, walnut powder and mix well.
- Mix both the items together
- Make small balls and flatten and set aside
- In a wok heat oil and pan sear for 1 mins on each side and set aside, do it in batches
- Plate it and enjoy with dips of your choice or yoghurt
Take a portion of the mixture and make a tikki. Add oil in a pan and pan sear the tikki from both sides. Once cooked, remove on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
